Learn to use PFMEA to prevent defects at each production step and to use DFMEA to prevent defect at each component, Utilize SPC to develop capable and stable operation. Use MSA for reliable measurements. Validate that all is well before launch with PPAP and manage the project with APQP. The training is interesting, easy to follow and apply.
