Roger Reis Consultant and Project Manager Roger possesses over 10 years' experience as a change leader and industrial trainer. He has held management roles with firms representing automotive manufacturing, security systems, electronics, telecommunications, financial, aerospace, and government sectors. He has travelled extensively implementing Lean, Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control. |

Patrick Terrel, P.Eng. Trainer and Consultant Patrick possesses over 25 years' experience as an engineer and industrial trainer. He has worked with organizations representing automotive parts, machine tool, light manufacturing, food processing, electronics, telecommunications, transportation, aerospace, and government sectors. He is a professional engineer as well as a certified technical and vocational teacher. |
Gail Szivos Office Co-Ordinator Gail has a major role in handling various office functions such as scheduling, production and customer liaison. She is responsible for maintaining and co-ordinating registration of public seminars. She has been with GRT for over 10 years and her background includes the Executive Secretarial Program at Conestoga College. |
