If you are paying fees personally, GRT’s Lean Six Sigma programs are HRDC recognized.

How to Register

If registering with a purchase order please complete registration form and submit it.

If registering with a Visa or MasterCard, please print the registration form and fax it to us at (416) 667-1288 (please include the type of card, the number, expiry date and the name appearing on the card).

If registering by cheque, please print the registration form and mail it, along with the cheque to the address below.
